The purpose of this position is to provide consistent quality service, accurate information regarding all areas of club operations, and to monitor Member Services Desk, including but not limited to policies and procedure. In addition to the Member Services department, you may be trained and assigned to one or more of these club areas: Café, Housekeeping, Sports, Facilities.
