Schedule That Fits Your Life Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:30am – 3:30pm/4:00pm Consistent daytime hours—no evenings or weekends Why This Role Is Perfect for Active Adults Meaningful, relationship-based work Stay active without heavy medical responsibilities Be part of a friendly, welcoming community Predictable schedule with work-life balance Use your life experience to positively impact others What You’ll Do As a Member Services Assistnant at Piper Trail, you’ll provide a thoughtful mix of assistance, companionship, and community support, including: Friendly social engagement—conversation, reading, games, and connection Providing transportation to appointments or outings Light household assistance such as cleaning, organizing, and laundry Grocery shopping and running errands Medication reminders Non-medical assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming Pet care for members Supporting members based on individualized service plans Helping in the clubhouse and encouraging participation in community activities Attending and supporting community events Helping keep the Clubhouse welcoming, clean, and inviting You’ll communicate regularly with the Member Services Manager and share observations about member needs to ensure excellent, personalized support.
