Under the supervision of the Member Services Manager, the Member Services Assistant provides follow-up calls and mailings to members regarding previous appointments; fills requests of members, and answers a high volume of internal calls. Creating Internal requests for further follow up, upon request. The Member Services Assistant is responsible for adding accurate notes for future follow-up by Signify health and/or Health Plans. Works diligently to meet department goals. The Signify Health Member Services department operates 6 days a week / 11 hours per day. Shifts may include both, weekend days (Saturday) and traditional weekdays (Monday- Friday). Work Location: Remote and Hybrid: The hybrid role is based in Dallas, TX. Applicants must be within commuting distance of our Dallas HQ building located at 4055 Valley View Ln, Dallas, TX 75244 We will consider some remote roles on a case by case basis per business need.
