About The Position

Our branch is looking for a Member Service Supervisor who enjoys supporting a team, serving members with a smile, and making sure the day-to-day teller operations run like a well-balanced cash drawer.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of teller or similar financial services experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong interpersonal skills—you’reapproachable, diplomatic, and great at building trust
• The ability to workboth independently and as part of a team
• Comfort with office technology (computer, email, internet, and standard office software)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• A positive attitude and a calm presence, even on busy days

Responsibilities

• Be thefirst friendly face and point of contactfor our teller team—offering guidance, support, and quick problem-solving.
• Oversee daily teller operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulations (you’llpartner closely with the Branch Manager here).
• Jump in and take action on compliance issues when needed—because confidence and decisiveness matter.
• Schedule, train, coach, and support Tellers, including completing performance evaluations for Branch Manager review.
• Coordinate teller activities within your branch and collaborate with nearby branches as needed.
• Assistwith daily balancing and reconciliation, including vault balancing and routine cash audits.
• Manage gift card inventory and balance daily cash advances.
• Step in toassistmembers with transactions whenever the branch needs an extra set of skilled hands.
• Spot and act on cross-sell opportunities thatbenefitour members.
• Handle member questions and concerns with courtesy, tact, and professionalism.
• Pitch in on other duties asneeded—teamworkmakes the dream work!
