Overview: The Member Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for members, handling a variety of inquiries and transactions via inbound calls. This role is crucial for maintaining high levels of member satisfaction as the Member Service Representative provides essential support and solutions to members’ general financial questions and concerns. As an MSR IV, this person will be receiving additional specialized training for select areas to become a subject matter expert within several roles within Member Support, including but not limited to loan servicing, digital support, and card services.
