About The Position
As a Member Service Representative at Advia, you will provide outstanding service and build impactful and lasting relationships with our members. Your role will involve proactively helping members achieve their financial goals by answering their questions, servicing their accounts, and utilizing your natural curiosity to actively listen and uncover needs. This will allow you to recommend products and services that best benefit their individual financial needs. You will also assist in outbound calls to engage members who may not visit the branches regularly, ensuring they are aware of the advantages Advia can offer.
