• Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including a calculator, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone.

Responsibilities

• Providing great service to members and potential members
• Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of member service functions.
• Recognize member needs and cross sell products and services
• Balance cash drawer
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions in accordance with established policies
• Actively participate and complete product knowledge courses
• Perform other duties as assigned
• The occasional desire to bring treats to share with staff
