About The Position
This position is responsible for providing members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by Navy Federal Credit Union. These include various depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificates, IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts, as well as lending products and credit/debit cards. The role involves performing moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision, with an emphasis on developing confidence and functional independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by Navy Federal Credit Union, including depository accounts (checking, savings, certificates, IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts), lending products, and credit/debit cards
- Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision
- Develop confidence and function independence in the role
- Remain cognizant of and adhere to Navy Federal policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act
