About The Position

Join a dynamic and structured contact center operation, providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests from members around the clock. You will offer information on a wide range of products and services, perform transactions, and advise on suitable financial solutions to enhance the member experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service within a call center environment.
  • Proficient in data entry and handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple systems and ensure policy compliance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a high-volume, schedule-driven contact center.
  • Provide detailed information regarding products and services with active listening and adaptability.
  • Perform transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
  • Advise members on additional products and services that may benefit them.
  • Ensure optimal member experience and customer service through effective engagement methods.
