Job Description The Auto-Owners Associates Credit Union (AOACU) serves the financial needs of associates and retirees of Auto-Owners Insurance Company. The AOACU Credit Union Support team is looking for a motivated, part-time Member Service Representative (MSR) to join their team. The MSR is responsible for providing friendly and professional service to our members, as well as: Building trusting relationships with members and providing them with high quality and accurate member service Efficiently processing daily work in a multi-tasking environment Opening new accounts, servicing existing accounts and responding to member requests Processing, preparing and closing installment loans Providing in-person or by-telephone general and specific service-related information concerning credit union services Assisting with other duties within the department as needed Desired Skills & Experience High school diploma and /or 1 or more years of equivalent Bank/Credit Union work experience and knowledge of Bank/Credit Union products, services and processes Ability to work quickly and independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines Exhibit strong levels of organization and communication skills Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms Ability to use good problem resolution skills Regular and predictable attendance Benefits Auto-Owners offers a wide range of career opportunities, and we are seeking talent that will help us continue our long tradition of success. Requirements

• High school diploma and /or 1 or more years of equivalent Bank/Credit Union work experience and knowledge of Bank/Credit Union products, services and processes
• Ability to work quickly and independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines
• Exhibit strong levels of organization and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms
• Ability to use good problem resolution skills
• Regular and predictable attendance
