About The Position
DATCU is currently looking for a Member Service Representative. If you are a friendly, customer-oriented individual with cash handling and banking experience, this would be a great opportunity for you! As a Member Service Representative, you will be interacting with our members on a day to day basis. Opening/closing members accounts, starting loan applications, and processing their transactions. You will provide excellent customer service through the lobby and drive thru. At the end of each day, you'll balance your drawer and verify totals. The goal of this position is to ensure our members are promptly and professionally served. This position starts at $18/hour.
