You will assist credit union members with account questions, opening and closing accounts, research account issues. This position will rotate between the member service department and on the teller line. You will provide information on credit union services and products to existing members and potential members. No experience necessary, we will train you. We are looking for a dependable person with good attendance record. Personable, empathetic, and desire to help members. Must have reliable transportation and willing to learn about financial products and the importance of managing an account.. This is a full time position, hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 5:00, Friday 9:00 - 5:30 and occasionally 6:00pm. We have three locations you may be assigned to based on staffing needs. Two locations in Louisville, one location in Shepherdsville.
