About The Position
Cotton Electric Cooperative is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our Member Service Department in our Walters or Duncan office! Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with payments and account inquiries
- Process transactions and balance cash drawers
- Provide courteous, efficient customer service
- Support team operations and administrative tasks
