About The Position

In this role, you will be the face of our credit union, directly interacting with members and potential members to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. You will support and promote a successful service and sales culture by identifying member needs and cross-selling appropriate products. Your responsibilities will include efficiently processing transactions such as loan payments and fund transfers, as well as researching and resolving member concerns. You will also be responsible for accurately recording information and utilizing our software systems to perform member transactions effectively.
