About The Position

As the Member Service Representative Lead, you'll play a key role in the daily success of our West Salem branch. You'll lead by example, support your teammates, and help ensure our members receive exceptional service at every interaction.

Requirements

• Experience in a financial services, customer service, or sales-focused environment
• A strong service mindset with the ability to build relationships and identify member needs
• The confidence to support and guide others, whether through formal leadership experience or informal team support
• A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor Member Service Representatives through coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training
• Act as a trusted resource for resolving complex or escalated member needs with professionalism and care
• Assist members with opening accounts, processing transactions, and identifying products and services that best meet their financial goals
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment that reflects our values and commitment to service
