The position involves representing the Credit Union professionally and courteously to members and potential members. The individual will act as a primary source of product information for member and staff inquiries, ensuring full compliance with all SRP Credit Union policies, procedures, guidelines, and service standards, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and OFAC Policies. Responsibilities include offering Credit Union products and services, promoting these services using a member benefit-based approach, and gathering necessary information to complete memberships, business memberships, deposit and loan accounts/applications and maintenance. The role also involves communicating loan decisions, disbursing completed loans, providing accurate documentation, offering Notary Services, and meeting or exceeding sales and service goals set by management. Additionally, the position requires assisting members with fraud, discrepancies, or any questions pertaining to their accounts, performing basic teller transactions, and exercising assigned approval authority in certain situations.
