What You'll Do: Help credit union members with transactions in a friendly way - in person or by phone Handle various transactions and providing expert guidance to our members Become the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashing Manage accounts with the utmost attention to detail Take charge of issuing, reissuing, or hot carding ATM cards/Visa Debit cards Assist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cards Balance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness Showcase effective oral and written communication with all credit union employees Attend monthly staff meetings and actively participating in assigned training sessions Branch Hours Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm The Pay Range: $20.05 - $30.80. Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time. An applicant with the minimum six months of financial institution experience (to include new accounts) can expect to start at $20.05 per hour. The target hiring range for this role is $20.05-$25.66.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months or more of financial institution experience (new account experience preferred)
  • Must be bondable
