Connections Credit Union is looking for a full-time Teller/Member Service Representative for our Heyburn Branch. Requirements
- Highly proficient in cash handling, especially with multiple denominations and large amounts
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate confidentiality in regards to member accounts and sensitive information
- Basic financial knowledge
- High School Graduate or GED
- Must be bondable
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- As a Member Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact with our members and be responsible for handling member transactions and accounts, primarily dealing in cash and checks.
- MSRs promote the credit union and its services while providing professional and friendly service to our members.
- This position will also be expected to travel to various Magic Valley branches to assist with teller operations in the event of absent employees and/or short-staffed branches.
- Flexibility with travel and reliable transportation is expected.
