Interns assist with requests, providing administrative support needed. Interns will lead and collaborate on special projects, creating a comprehensive presentation for senior management. Interns will take on various roles aligned with their skills and the needs of the credit union.
Requirements
- A high school education or GED is required.
- We are looking for current college students.
Responsibilities
- Providing professional and accurate service and support to all members and team members by responding to member requests in the branch, via email, telephone calls, text messages, and web messaging.
- Develop, maintain, and demonstrate a working knowledge of credit union goals, policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal government laws and regulations.
- Resolve member inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist members and guest members with financial transactions in the branch.
- Participating in meetings and contributing ideas to improve credit union operations.
- Working on key projects assigned by management.
- Preparing progress reports and delivering a presentation to senior management on special projects assigned.
