Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services. We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our Woodbury office. This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful. This is a fully on-site position. Some travel will be required for training and branch assistance purposes. The scheduled hours for this position are outlined below as well as other hours as needed (this is a rotating three-week schedule): Week One Sunday: OFF Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: OFF Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM Week One Total Hours = 35.25 Hours Week Two Sunday: OFF Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: OFF Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM Week Two Total Hours = 35.25 Hours Week Three Sunday: OFF Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: OFF Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: OFF Week Three Total Hours = 32 Hours Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. This is Grade 7 – Non-exempt, Hourly, Part-time position with Benefits. The starting rate of pay is $22.23 - $23.62 per hour.
