About The Position

We are seeking a professional and service-driven Member Services Lead to support daily Member Services operations at an elite private golf and country club. This role provides hands-on service to members while assisting management with leadership, training, and maintaining service standards within locker room and lounge areas.

Requirements

  • Hospitality or food & beverage experience preferred
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service (certification preferred)
  • Strong customer service, leadership, and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Previous lead or supervisory experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, discreet, and professional service to members
  • Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, showers, and lounge areas
  • Issue, collect, and fold towels and linens
  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with state laws
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
  • Restock amenities and supplies and report maintenance or service concerns
  • Serve as a lead presence on shift and support Member Services Attendants
  • Assist management with training new team members
  • Reinforce service standards and club policies
  • Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
