About The Position
Serve the members of Alliance Credit Union with professional, courteous service. Serve as the liaison between the member and the credit union. Provide information on a full range of credit union products and services. Interview and professionally handle member’s daily needs. Provide account maintenance such as share certificates, money markets, and share draft accounts. Oversee the daily flow of lobby traffic and assist with member needs. Actively promote and participate in credit union promotions. Maintain credit union certificates. Process mail and returned mail. Verification of deposits.
