About The Position

We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Member Service Advisor. We are seeking a Member Service Advisor to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, including processing financial transactions, setting up new accounts, account maintenance, lending, and promoting products and services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years similar or related experience preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Opening and closing accounts, and account maintenance.
- Process loan request.
- Keyholder duties, such as opening and closing the branch.
- Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.
- Promote products and services to meet member needs.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
