Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years of work experience in sales or customer service-focused positions, including hospitality, insurance, retail, service industry, call centers, or fast-paced office environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively.
• Proficiency with multiple computer systems and applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience working with sales and service standards and goals or thresholds.

Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental customer interactions that include member services and product sales.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Understand and anticipate Member needs, identifying and recommending relevant solutions from AAA.
• Demonstrate professional and friendly customer service, providing problem-solving resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and branch operations.
• Engage in daily activities to meet larger purpose and goals of the organization.
