About The Position
The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Member Representative II to join our team, a role that is pivotal in promoting our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Member Representative II, you will be the face of our branch, responsible for greeting customers and providing them with peace of mind by addressing their needs. This position is not just about sales; it involves a comprehensive approach to customer service, where you will assist members with their insurance policies, process applications, renewals, and amendments, and sell travel, tours, airline tickets, and membership products. You will also generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide essential travel information. In addition to sales, you will handle cashiering services, which include taking various payments, processing remittance transfers, and balancing the cash drawer. Your role will also involve responding to customer inquiries, providing administrative support to Travel and Insurance Agents, and conducting outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products. You will participate in a team environment to promote customer satisfaction and consistent service, and you will be involved in resolving member complaints, seeking assistance from management when necessary. The position also includes participation in office events aimed at generating revenue and improving member awareness of our products.
