We are recruiting for a Member Relationship Specialist (33.5 hours per week) to assist our members with their financial needs. If you are a well-rounded, detail-oriented person who desires variety in their day-to-day work life and is passionate about providing top-notch service, then this position may be for you. Primary responsibilities are to provide high-quality service by identifying members’ financial needs and recommending solutions that will help them achieve financial success. The Member Relationship Specialist (MRS) will assist members in performing teller transactions, opening new account and loans, and assisting members through our digital channels as needed.
