Role Summary: As a Member Relationship Consultant, you will be responsible for developing strong, lasting member relationships while utilizing flexibility and effective sales skills to provide “one-stop” service to our members.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, commensurate work experience will also be considered.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
1-3 years of sales or relationship building skills is required.
The ability to read and comprehend moderate to advanced instructions and correspondence.
The ability to write moderate to advanced correspondence within professional etiquette standards.
The ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small-group situations.
The ability to effectively communicate loan decisions and navigate sensitive situations.
Ability to work in a repetitive motion for a lengthy period of time.
Prolonged standing
Lifting requirement exceeds 10 pounds.
Ability to work within a moderately noisy, fast paced environment.
Regular use of computer required.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, ability to adjust focus from computer to paper and/or close range to long range.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintains comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide exceptional service and education to our members, while assisting them in meeting their vast lending, deposit, and electronic products and services needs.
Assists members with completing membership and visa loan requests.
Has solid cash handling skills and procedural knowledge in order to perform a variety of teller functions.
Answers incoming calls from members and assist in processing a variety of account transactions and support including transferring funds, issuing checks, processing payments, ordering checks, etc.
Also assumes responsibility for other projects or duties as required or assigned.
