As a Member Relations Specialist you will be a trusted advisor to our members and process financial transactions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Knowledge of Consumer Lending and Financial Products
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude

Responsibilities

  • Performing advanced account maintenance and financial transactions
  • Meeting monthly sales goals
  • Encouraging fellow staff to meet monthly sales goals
  • Assisting management staff with member service needs
  • Performing outbound calls to gain business
  • Opening and closing the branch and member service lines
  • Administering cross training programs for branch employees
  • Understanding and recommending all Credit Union products and services
