Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2–4+ years of experience in hospitality, events, or member relations
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Bring our member programming calendar to life with engaging, high-quality events
  • Help design and enhance experiences that align with member interests
  • Support onboarding experiences that make new members feel instantly at home
  • Identify creative ways to increase participation, satisfaction, and retention
  • Own the full lifecycle of events—from planning to execution to follow-up
  • Coordinate 100+ events annually, from intimate gatherings to large-scale club events
  • Ensure every event runs smoothly, on time, and exceeds expectations
  • Manage event budgets and track performance
  • Partner with Food & Beverage, Golf, Racquets, and Operations teams
  • Lead coordination efforts to ensure everyone is aligned and prepared
  • Follow structured planning processes to deliver consistent, high-quality events
  • Work closely with the Communications team to promote events effectively
  • Ensure all event details are accurate, timely, and aligned across channels
  • Support clear and engaging communication with members
  • Be a visible, approachable presence during events and club activities
  • Build strong relationships and foster a sense of community
  • Act as a liaison between members and leadership
  • Handle feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care
  • Track attendance, engagement, and participation trends
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve programming
  • Complete post-event reporting and share insights with leadership
  • Help identify opportunities to elevate the member experience
