Woodlake Country Club, located in Vass, North Carolina, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for a Member Relations Coordinator. Woodlake Country Club is a gated community located on the outskirts of North Carolina’s most well-known and sought after districts, including the Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Fort Bragg, Pope Air Force Base, and Fayetteville areas. Despite its close proximity to nearby city life, residents and passersby prefer to indulge in the laid back atmosphere and unique amenities that Woodlake has to offer. With gorgeous views of the property’s 1,200 acre private lake, a charming historical clubhouse, and two championship golf courses, Woodlake Country Club has been the best kept secret of the North Carolina Sandhills for more than 54 years. The Member Relations Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the Club and its members, ensuring exceptional service and fostering a welcoming environment. This role focuses on enhancing the member experience through communication, event coordination, and relationship-building to drive engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or club operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Club Management software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for Club events.
  • Member-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries, requests, and feedback.
  • Maintain a strong presence throughout the Club to build relationships with members and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new members, ensuring a smooth transition into the Club community.
  • Create and distribute member communications, including newsletters, emails, social media updates, and event promotions.
  • Maintain accurate member information in the Club’s database.
  • Develop creative ways to promote Club events and programs to maximize participation.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing social and member-focused events.
  • Work closely with the F&B, Golf, Racquets, and Aquatics departments to ensure seamless event experiences.
  • Attend and oversee events as needed to provide support and foster member engagement.
  • Assist with membership reporting, billing inquiries, and account updates.
  • Manage event RSVPs, guest lists, and related logistics.
  • Support management with special projects and initiatives aimed at member satisfaction and retention.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $42,000 - $50,000 based on experience.
  • 20 paid personal days, your birthday, and one community service day, accrued according to company policy.
