We are looking for a highly analytical, curious, and detail-oriented individual to join our Member Protection Team as a Fraud Prevention Specialist. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity across our systems. You'll help ensure compliance with company policies and protect the integrity of our business operations and commission structures.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of the Compensation Plan.
• Experience with internal platforms and systems, including DataTrax.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple investigations and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online selling trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Foreign language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and investigate fraudulent accounts, transactions, and credit card misuse.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Wellness Advocate Leaders to resolve fraud-related issues and provide guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of investigations, evidence, and findings.
