About The Position
We're Hiring: Member of Technical Staff (Core Platform) Full-time | On-site San Francisco, CA | $180K - $300K + Competitive Equity What we're looking for: A full-stack engineer (backend lean) with 2-6 years of experience who has a strong track record of building and shipping high-quality code. You should thrive in early-stage, fast-paced environments and bring deep technical curiosity and a strong work ethic. What you'll do: Build distributed systems to run thousands of containers in parallel with fast in-memory snapshots and recovery Design systems that abstract away environment building complexity Experiment with AI agents that analyze large production codebases and automatically generate realistic PRs Build AI copilots to improve workflow efficiency Create systems around humans that make them more efficient at building environments Tech stack: TypeScript, Python, Rust, Distributed Systems, AI Agents, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning About us: We build training environments that realistically reflect the work of software engineers.
