Our newly formed organization, Microsoft AI (MAI), focuses on Copilot and other consumer AI products and research. We combine world-class AI research together with top notch design and product craft. The wider team is responsible for Copilot, Bing, Edge, and generative AI research, while the Mobile Engineering team is responsible for leading and building the mobile experience of Copilot on iOS and Android, collaborating closely with our Product Management, Design and AI Research teams. As a Technical Program Manager, Copilot AI, you will operate at the crossroads of product development, customer insights, and research, shaping the evolution of transformative AI solutions. You will take charge of the customer feedback lifecycle, driving strategic prioritization, comprehensive documentation, and deep analysis to enhance product experiences. By championing product excellence, you will synthesize diverse feedback channels into actionable insights, streamline processes, and uphold the highest standards of quality, ensuring continuous improvement and impactful features for our customers. We are looking for candidates who is: Passionate about deeply aligning with customer engagement and feedback. Keenly aware and able to manage timelines and schedules of mission critical launches.
