About The Position
This role involves developing and expanding AIUC's evaluation methods across three key areas: product, research, and moonshots. The product aspect focuses on improving LLM judges and tightening pipelines. The research aspect involves exploring new attack vectors and techniques from the latest papers. The moonshots aspect aims at dynamic attackers and self-expanding attack libraries.
Requirements
- Deep AI industry knowledge: language model agents, LLM pipelines, agentic systems you know the tools, the players, the direction
- Strong technical foundation: solid coding, statistical analysis, ship systems others depend on
- Clear communication: translate complex work for engineers, PMs, and clients alike
- Research leadership: manage complex projects end-to-end with clarity and conviction
Responsibilities
- Scope and DRI the highest-leverage eval problems end-to-end
- Build novel approaches: implement papers, replicate attacks, experiment
- Lead research teams: clear ownership, clean delivery
- Communicate findings: blog posts, papers, client engagement
- Feed insights back to shape the product roadmap
