Requirements

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing sophisticated evaluation frameworks for optimizing computer and browser-based agent performance.
• Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Build the best in class Computer Use Agents focusing on automating repetitive processes, building and testing software, performing long-horizon tasks (e.g. research, plan and execute on a complex task).
• Develop next generation evaluation suites beyond traditional benchmarks and create evaluation frameworks that capture real world utility, especially in enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to gain deep insights into real-world environments, develop innovative evaluation methodologies, and partner with research teams to hill-climb on these evaluations for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with research teams to convert cutting-edge techniques and computer control models into production-ready implementations.
