About The Position

Context is building the first AI-native office suite. Our graph-based Context Engine and agentic workflows plug into 300+ tools and wipe out the ≈ 2.6 trillion hours of rote office work done each year. We've raised $11M (Seed, Lux Capital) at a $70M valuation and partnered with Qualcomm to run our models locally on next-gen Snapdragon NPUs. GA launches this June and we're adding founding-level engineers with deep full-stack chops and razor-sharp product intuition. Requirements

• Experience shipping polished, user-loved web apps at scale, covering front-end to back-end.
• Attention to detail in motion, pixel-perfect layouts, and sub-100 ms interactions.
• Ability to prototype quickly, validate with users, and iterate based on data and intuition.
• Strong writing skills for clear RFCs and openness to feedback.
• Fluency in TypeScript/React and comfort with Python/Rust services.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building collaborative editors (CRDT, OT, multiplayer).
• Strong visual design sensibility or prior work with design systems.
• Publications or medals (IOI/ICPC, NeurIPS, SOSP) showing technical depth.
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, retrieval, or agentic chains.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features including rich editors, interactive dashboards, and multi-modal canvases.
• Design and implement Autopilot UX to orchestrate agent plans and live previews.
• Create an integrations layer for seamless connections to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Slack, and 300+ other tools.
• Develop a design-system and component library with performant, accessible React/Tailwind components.
• Implement graph-powered context surfaces to provide intuitive UI hooks.
