Member of Technical Staff - Backend Engineer

We operate with a flat structure, emphasizing direction and execution over hierarchy. As a Backend Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain the core services powering our AI-driven platform. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who thrives in complex, high-scale environments.
Requirements
- Backend expert —7+ years in distributed systems, HPC, or cloud infrastructure
- Programming skills —Fluent in Python, Go, or Rust, with scalable system experience
- Cloud knowledge —Expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure, including serverless and containerized workloads
- DevOps experience —Hands-on with Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Data-driven —Familiar with real-time data processing and high-availability architectures
- Bias for action —Move fast while balancing sustainability
- Startup-ready —Thrive in ambiguity, adapt to change
Responsibilities
