About The Position

The Member Experience Team Supervisor at O2 Fitness Clubs is responsible for overseeing the Front Desk and Kids Club team members, ensuring exceptional service and member satisfaction. This role involves developing team members, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between departments to foster a welcoming and motivating environment for members. The supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the club's operational standards and supporting the overall mission of promoting health and wellness among members.

Requirements

• Customer service experience in a health club or hospitality industry is preferred.
• College education preferred.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a memorable experience for current members and assist prospective members in choosing a healthier lifestyle.
• Lead, evaluate, and coach the Front Desk and Kids Club team members.
• Facilitate department meetings and trainings for all Front Desk and Kids Club team members to enhance club performance.
• Effectively handle member situations, concerns, and feedback.
• Complete and scan membership paperwork and sales reports promptly and in compliance with O2 Fitness guidelines.
• Act as a liaison between Front Desk and all other departments.
• Create and manage the Front Desk and Kids Club schedule, ensuring all shifts are covered and within budgeted hours.
• Maintain inventory and drive merchandise sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support O2 Fitness vision and mission.
