Assists members and non-members with general financial transactions and inquiries including but not limited to opening and closing deposit accounts, debit cards, online/mobile banking, adding/removing joints/PODs, safety deposit boxes, etc. Resolves problems that are within their authority in a timely manner. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations. Posts transactions and maintains records in accordance with credit union policies and guidelines. Promotes, explains, and cross sells credit union products and services anticipating the needs of our members and advising them appropriately. Maintains a teller drawer and performs teller functions as needed. Acts as liaison between members and various departments. May represents the credit union in business partner visits and various civic functions in order to develop additional business. Expected to cross train on consumer lending and mortgages. Provides notary services to members. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
