As a Member Experience Specialist, you will create meaningful connections with members across all communication channels by providing responsive, personalized service. You will use digital tools to efficiently support member needs, resolve account issues with care and accuracy, and connect members with products and services that best fit their goals. In this role, you will listen actively, confidently troubleshoot concerns, and advocate for positive member outcomes. You will consistently deliver high service standards, respond promptly to inquiries, and help foster trust and satisfaction. This multifaceted position includes both member service and teller responsibilities. The Member Experience Specialist contributes to the growth and success of the department while meeting regulatory requirements, completing audits, supporting sales goals, and advancing overall business objectives.
