About the role Walmart Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a high‑energy, part‑time (20 hrs/week) Member Experience Specialist to join our Bentonville, AR team. In this people‑focused role, you’ll build meaningful connections, drive new memberships, and help members stay engaged through outstanding service and relationship‑building. If you’re self‑motivated, organized, and love creating welcoming experiences, this is your chance to make a real impact. Schedule: 20 hours per week, Sunday 10am-7pm, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 5pm-9pm Key point of contact for the community and members at the client's Health and Wellness Center. Responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests, process, and provide information on membership accounts and services offered.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Adult/Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
  • 1-2 years previous sales experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and communicates effectively.
  • Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.
  • Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.
  • Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
  • Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals.
  • Promoting and attending facility social events.
  • Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members.
  • May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isn’t available.
  • Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
  • Other duties as needed/assigned
