About The Position

We’re looking for a versatile, motivated team player to join us as a Member & Financial Services Representative FLOAT at Maine State Credit Union. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact by building strong relationships, supporting members through financial decisions, and contributing to the success of branches across our entire organization. What You’ll Do: Be a Go-To Resource: Travel between branches to provide frontline coverage where needed, ensuring our members always receive top-tier service. Support Members: Assist members with everyday financial transactions, from deposits and withdrawals to loan applications and online banking tools. Build Relationships: Engage with members to understand their needs, offer personalized solutions, and share the benefits of our products and services – including financial education tools. Problem-Solve with Purpose: Help members troubleshoot issues and support teammates by offering guidance and technical know-how on all our services. Stay Informed: Keep up to date with products, policies, and services so you can serve with accuracy and confidence every day. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related experience (retail or financial service preferred)
  • A passion for people, strong communication skills, and a knack for solving problems
  • Tech-savviness and comfort working with banking software, MS Office, and calculators
  • The flexibility to travel to different branches as needed (Augusta, Waterville, Rockland, Belfast, and Gray)
