The Member Experience Representative will assist members and non-members of the credit union with various administrative and financial transactions, and will be responsible for processing routine banking transactions and recommending products and services based on the member’s financial goals. Role and Responsibilities Greet members in a professional and courteous manner and assist them with all issues, questions and requests. Process member transactions, including; deposits, withdrawals, cashiers’ checks, money orders, and loan payments in person, by telephone or mail. Balance and verifies transactions and cash totals on a daily basis Maintains a thorough working knowledge of the complete line of products and services and offers appropriate products and services to members and potential members. Opens and closes computer terminal accounts daily Examines documents for endorsement and negotiability. Detects and resolves discrepancies promptly. Performs drive-up teller and night drop functions as assigned. Other duties as assigned.
