About The Position
Join the OceanAir Federal Credit Union Team! As a Member Experience Representative I (MERI), you’ll be the friendly face helping our members navigate their financial journeys. You'll work alongside an awesome team, learning the ropes while taking care of tasks like processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, answering questions and solving member puzzles, recommending products and services that make our members’ lives easier, and handling cash while ensuring our vault stays secure. You’ll practice our core values every day: Make It Right, Make It Easy, and Make It Personal.
