The Member Experience Manager role is an in-person hospitality position, requiring on-site presence 5 days a week in Concord, CA. This role is pivotal in creating exceptional member experiences, serving as a problem solver, connector, and momentum driver. Managers are expected to leverage their business acumen for smooth operations, engage with the broader business community, and represent Industrious in the local market. Key aspects include a consultative sales approach to identify and meet member needs, as well as organizing and executing remarkable events.
