The Fountain Life Member Experience Specialist will report to the Center Director. They will act as the ‘face of Fountain Life’ and be responsible for delivering the 21st century experience our clients expect from our revolutionary practice. This important role involves overdelivering to provide an exceptional experience in the Center. The Member Experience Specialist must be able to ‘surprise & delight’ every client that walks through our doors, while ensuring each client leaves with a clear understanding of what will happen next in their journey.
