About The Position

The purpose of the Member Experience Coordinator is to work with the golf professionals and golf staff to deliver the highest quality of anticipatory service. The Member Experience Coordinator will strive to deliver personal and unique experiences to members while also gathering information that would be helpful to the operation and needed to deliver the highest quality of anticipatory service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
  • Minimum of two years of customer services experience or closely related industry experience
  • Valid State Driver’s License
  • Basic Understanding of TEI
  • Basic Understanding of Microsoft Office, Especially Excel & Word
  • Salesforce
  • Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors, and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
  • Able to perform basic math calculations.
  • Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a manager to assist in problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering information about members from all staff and organizing information on members in a way that is easily accessible and helpful to anyone that might view it.
  • Being prepared to celebrate important dates and holidays with members at any time
  • Communicating to golf professionals and staff with notable events or dates to recognize with members
  • Communicating with upper management regarding upcoming important dates/moments
  • Preparing for member arrivals the week before and preparing staff through nightly emails
  • Preparing staff and equipping them to build relationships with staff making the member experience memorable
  • Assisting the team in down times in the golf shop, practice facility, and staging when not busy.
  • Being a very visible member of the team for members.  This position cannot be successful being behind the scenes.   Must be out and about.

  • Matching up members and staff to foster meaningful connections
  • Delegating member targets to staff and gathering information that staff reports back
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve this position's overall objectives.
  • Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance, and consistency standards.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect.
  • Always maintain the privacy of our members.

  • Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
  • Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests always.
  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
  • Assist with Outside Service Attendants when advised
