The Member Experience Concierge (MEC) is the first point of contact for members and visitors to the Engagement Center and is responsible for providing exemplary service. They must create a positive member-experience through their professional, friendly and courteous interactions. They are also responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical duties that include but are not limited to: Providing administrative information to Engagement Center personnel, facilitating member and visitors’ assignment to employees that are best suited to meet the member’s needs and performing miscellaneous express service functions as needed. They may be asked to educate and guide members in using our interactive teller machines, direct members to use virtual and digital services offered by the Credit Union, direct members to appropriate departments for specialized needs, such as Business Center, Commercial Account MSR or Financial Advisor which are located at the Engagement Center.
