About the position

As a Member Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Your role will involve assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This part-time position requires working every weekend during the day shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain organized and visually appealing displays by restocking merchandise and arranging products as needed.
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling customer inquiries or resolving issues over the phone.
• Demonstrate basic math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and change for transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Utilize multilingual abilities, including Spanish, to assist a diverse customer base effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic technical sales knowledge.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to handle stock management effectively.
