About The Position

Love tennis, pickleball, and creating great experiences for people? Join our team at Wimbledon Tennis & Pickleball Club in Walpole, where energy, community, and a passion for sport come together every day.
We're looking for a Member Experience Associate (Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM) who will be the friendly face and go-to resource for our members and guests. If you enjoy staying organized, helping others, and being part of a vibrant club environment, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable with basic computer systems (training provided)
• Professional appearance and conduct

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Tennis or pickleball familiarity is a plus
• CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Manage check-ins for court play, clinics, and lessons
• Handle reservations, scheduling, and program sign-ups
• Answer phones and respond to member inquiries
• Process payments and support membership services
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
